daily skincare routine for oily + acne-prone skin.

if you suffer from oily skin that's prone to breakouts and the hyperpigmentation, or dark spots which they leave behind – this is the routine for you.

bonus: since our products are great for numerous skin types and concerns, this routine also works well on warmer days when you don't need a lot of moisture.

starting your day.

in the morning, you'll begin by washing your face with the jelly splash cleanser, which has been especially formulated to not strip you of your natural oils or disrupt your skin's natural ph – meaning you won't need a toner after using it.

the rooibos, aloe, niacinamide, salicylic and lactic acids helps to calm and soothe breakouts or irritations, while the glycerine and hyaluronic acid offer sulfate-free hydration.

finally, for those people (or those days) which don't require a lot of moisture, your morning routine ends with our all the shade 100% mineral, tinted spf 30 which not only protects your skin from the sun and pollution using zinc + vitamin e, but also offers light moisture using a combination of hyaluronic acid + marula, mongongo, almond, and argan oils.

and for your breakouts, you still get further soothing with the added aloe and panthenol.

ending your day.

in the evening, your first step will be to remove your makeup, spf and build up from the day using our cleaner colada cleanser with coconut, almond, grapeseed, kalahari melon, marula, mongongo, sweet almond and olive oils.

for oily and acne-prone skin, it's very important to follow this cleanse with a second cleanse using jelly splash, to offer more of a deep clean to your skin as well as remove any excess oils from the first cleanse.

lastly, you'll end off your routine (and day) with the crème de la cream moisturiser which offers light moisture that won't leave you feeling greasy, using a blend of shea butter + kalahari melon, marula and rosehip oils.

you also get another dose of aloe, panthenol and tephrosia purpurea to calm and de-stress your skin while you sleep.
