delivery options

lelive ships nationwide via courier to both residential and office addresses across south africa. our distribution centre is based in cape town, so delivery times depend on how far your order needs to travel.

shipping rates

• standard shipping — R60
  
• priority shipping — R120
• free standard shipping on all orders over R400

delivery times

standard shipping

• main centres: 1-4 working days
• outlying and regional areas: 5-7 working days

priority shipping

• main centres: 1-3 working days
• outlying and regional areas: 3-5 working days

main centres include johannesburg, pretoria, cape town, durban, gqeberha (port elizabeth), and bloemfontein. anywhere outside of these falls under outlying and regional areas.
please note: we don't deliver on weekends. your order will arrive monday to friday.

how it works

once you place your order and payment is received, you'll get an email confirming we've got it. as soon as your order is packed and ready to ship, we'll send a second email with your tracking info.

tracking

you'll receive an sms with your tracking number once your order has been packed, and a second sms on the morning of delivery.

all orders are shipped door-to-door. please make sure someone is available to receive your order at your nominated address between monday and friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.

can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

unfortunately not. once an order has been placed, the delivery address can't be changed. if there's an issue, email support@lelive.africa with your order number and we'll help where we can.
