is this product suitable for sensitive skin?
yes! we use both safe and quality ingredients at levels that do not irritate the skin.
our products have been tested with sensitive skin and are dermatologist-approved.
please note that if you have eczema, ingredients such as aloe and panthenol are great. However, we do not recommend using the save our skin (sos) aha/bha exfoliator.
do your products work for younger or older skin?
yes we have a wide range of actives.
can men use your products?
how natural are your products?
over 95 percent. the rest are plant identical ingredients (such as our vitamin c) or naturally certified preservatives.
i've heard oils are condogemic - is your product going to clog my pores?
most oils are condogemic. however, the formulation and the quality of the ingredients used are the important factors in how the oil functions. that's why we choose only the best ingredients and work with highly skilled formulators to produce products that are formulated for your skin, that dont clog your pores. for example, our coconut oil is high quality and organic.
your product has a scent but you say it is fragrance free?
we use no artificial fragrances as these are used for smell only and have no benefits for the skin. we use ingredients with natural scents that also have benefits for your skin.
how long does the product last for and when will I see results?
all our products have a 2 year shelf life. They should be used within 6 months of opening. please keep out of direct sunlight.
your product should last about 6-8 weeks with regular use. you should see results within 4 weeks (however, pigmentation can be a longer process).
how are your ingredients sourced and are they organic?
some of our ingredients are organic. the majority of our ingredients are certified to international standards. all our products are vegan and cruelty free.
a lot of our oils and other natural ingredients are from africa, but ingredients like hyaluronic acid are from abroad.
all ingredients are high quality and traceable back to the farmer.
do you use essential oils?
we use high quality essential oils in some of our products - but in quantities less than 0.25% total. this is well below recommended guidelines and safe.
you say your product is clean but some contain alcohols?
we use cosmos-certified alcohols derived from plants and in extremely small quantities (less than 0,25% of a product if used).
after applying your serum, squeeze it out, rub it in and let it sink in.
for the best results apply liberally at night and let it go to work while you rest.

I love this product. I was a bit worried before using it because my skin is super sensitive and usually react negatively to new products, but it loves this one . And it came in time for winter as I was struggling with dry skin. I have oily skin so I use as a night cream for now. Thank you.
this moisturizer is absolutely stunning. the only ingredient i would cancel out is coconut oil.
other than that, it’s treating my dry skin so well and i foresee it being a winter favourite.
