All consultations happen in person at our HQ in Woodstock, Cape Town — so you'll need to be Cape Town based for the full 87 days.

1. Eligibility
Open to South African residents aged 18 and older, based in Cape Town for the full duration of the trial. Applicants do not need an existing social media following or prior lelive purchase history — this is a genuine open call. lelive reserves the right to verify eligibility and to decline any application at its sole discretion.

2. Application & selection
Applications close 23:59 on 3 August 2026. Submitting an application does not guarantee a place in the trial. lelive will select 100 participants based on factors including but not limited to skin type, skin concern, age, gender, and availability for in-person sessions, in order to reflect a broad and representative range of participants. Successful applicants will be notified directly; lelive is not obliged to give reasons for non-selection.

3. The trial
The trial runs for approximately 87 days from each participant's individual start date. Participants will be required to attend a minimum of 3 in-person consultations at lelive's Woodstock, Cape Town premises (including skin analysis using professional skin-scanning equipment), with additional check-ins conducted remotely. Specific appointment times will be scheduled directly with participants and missed appointments may affect continued participation.

4. Free product
Participants will receive a skincare routine, provided free of charge, for the duration of the trial. Products remain the property of lelive until handed to the participant and are provided strictly for personal use as part of the trial — not for resale.

5. Completion & prize
Participants who complete the full 87-day programme, including all required consultations, will be entered into a draw to win one (1) full year's supply of lelive products. The prize has no cash value, is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for other products or services. Winners will be selected and notified within 30 days of the trial's completion. This promotion is not open to lelive employees, contractors, or their immediate families.

6. Your data, photos & consent
As part of the trial, lelive will collect skin analysis data and photography of participants for the purposes of tracking results. This information will be processed in accordance with lelive's Privacy Policy and POPI Policy. Separate written consent will be obtained before any participant's photos, results, or testimonial are used in lelive's marketing, social media, packaging, or advertising — participation in the trial does not automatically grant lelive these rights, and participants may decline this specific use while still taking part in the trial.

7. Health & safety
As with any new skincare routine, we recommend patch-testing new products before full use. Participants should discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if irritation occurs. lelive products are formulated to be pregnancy-safe; participants with specific health concerns should consult their healthcare provider before beginning the trial.

8. General
lelive reserves the right to amend these terms, or to withdraw or postpone the trial, at any time and without prior notice, including for reasons beyond its control. Participation is entirely voluntary and participants may withdraw at any point. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
