1. lelive’s refer a friend program (the "program") is open to residents of the republic of south africa, aged 18 and over.

2. the program is promoted by lelive africa (pty) ltd

3. by entering the program, referrer and referee agree to all the program terms and conditions set out herein, without exception. if you do not agree, do not enter.

4. entering the program:

4.1. entrant must visit the program page at https://leliveafrica.com/pages/referral-program

4.2. entrant (« referrer”) must enter their email address to get a unique link generated. that link will be an invite for friends (“referees”) to join lelive and will itself generate a unique discount code for the referee.

4.3. referrer to share his/her unique link with referees for example by email or social media)

4.4. referee clicking on unique referrer’s link will be taken to a page where he/she must enter their email address to see their R150 off first time customer discount code

4.5. once referee places
their first (successful) order on lelive using their referrer’s unique code, the referrer will receive a R150 off discount code via email

5. successful order means an order paid for and not cancelled

6. referrer can refer as
many friends to lelive as they want. referrer will receive one discount code for every first order successful placed by a friend using the unique discount code sent by the referrer.

7. referee discount (who
has been referred to lelive by a friend): a R150 off discount code, which will entitle the holder thereof to a discount on their first purchase on https://leliveafrica.com/

7.1. referee’s code is only valid on their first order at lelive

7.2. referee’s code is only valid for an order placed using the email address the referrer sent the discount to

7.3. referee’s code cannot be accumulated to another discount code

8. referrer discount (who referred a friend/referee to lelive): a r150 off discount code, which will entitle the holder thereof to a discount from their next purchase on https://leliveafrica.com/  

8.1. referee must place
an order using the referrer’s discount, for the referrer to be issued a discount code.

8.2. discount code will be sent to the referrer via email once the referee has successfully placed a first order on lelive’s website. if the referee’s order is cancelled or invalid, referrer will not receive a R150 off code for themselves.

8.3. referrer’s code is only valid for an order placed using the email address used for signing up to the program.

8.4. referrer’s code cannot be accumulated to another discount code

9. check program’s dashboard to view codes expiry date

10. discount codes are redeemable in accordance with all other coupon t’s and c’s
found here: https://leliveafrica.com/pages/faqs (section “how can i redeem a
promotional or voucher code?”)

11. discounts are not transferable for cash and final as stipulated.

12. in the event of unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond the promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter
reserves the right to cancel the program, or to change the rules at out their sole discretion, or to change the number or nature of any of the discounts at any time without notice to entrants.

each promotional code is subject to specific terms and conditions for their usage.
here are some general guidelines regarding the use of promotional codes, unless
stated otherwise on the specific code:

 - each code is unique and can be redeemed only once.

- only one promo code can be redeemed per order. contact info@lelive.africa should you need lelive's customer service to assist in combining multiple codes into one*. *Ts & Cs apply

- only one code can be redeemed per person per promotion or offer.

- code must be entered in the code field during the checkout process and cannot be applied to already-placed/existing orders.

- the code discount value will be automatically deducted from the total value of your
shopping cart.

- codes have expiration dates and cannot be redeemed once they have expired.

- expiry dates of the codes cannot be extended.

- discounts are not transferable for cash and final as stipulated.
